How to hire a post box

To hire one of our post boxes you will need to:

  • Click on 'Contact' tab above
  • Complete the contact us form with all the required information.
  • We will then email you regarding availability and answer any other questions you may have (please also check junk mail inbox)
  • Once your order is confirmed, a £20 deposit will be required to secure your booking. This can be paid by BACS transfer. We will hold your booking provisionally for 7 days, once deposit has been received a email confirmation will then be sent as receipt of deposit being paid.
  • The remaining amount will be required 14 days before your event. A invoice will be sent to you once payment is received.

There are a couple of ways for you to be able to enjoy one of our post boxes. We will either deliver to a specified address or venue for your event or you can collect from us. 


You may collect from us, just tell us what day you want to collect and return the post box and this can be arranged depending on availability.  A specified time for collection can be scheduled. We have two collection addresses depending on your location. One is based in Rochester, Kent and the other West Malling, Kent. A £50 refundable cash deposit is required apon collection of a post box and is returned when the post box is returned.

We can deliver to venues within 40 miles for 20p per mile. Quotes can be given when enquiring.
